Sales Application for OMD Bookstore at District Assembly
This form is for groups to apply to sell items in the OMD Bookstore at the OMD District Assembly March 26-27, 2010. Deadline is February 26, 2010.
To do this, you must meet the following criteria:
- Have someone from your group volunteer to assist with the bookstore during District Assembly for at least 2 hours – scheduling will be done once all requests have been received. If you are unable to do this, contact the OMD Office for options.
- Bring with your items signage to sit on or attach to the table with prices, benefiting group, etc
- Mark items with their prices before bringing them (unless the item can’t be marked)
- Provide us with information about what you are selling on the form
- Please limit the number of different items your group is selling to no more than 3.
