Vendor Table Display Application for District Assembly
This form is for groups to apply to have a vendor display table in the Marketplace at the OMD District Assembly March 26-27, 2010. Deadline is February 26, 2010.
Space will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have questions about the space or set up, please contact the district office. Exhibitors must have their area set up by 5 pm on Friday and may not tear down their site before 3 pm on Saturday. Details on the space and set up arrangements will be sent after your application is approved.
Due to a change in our space, each group will be given one 5 foot long, 2 foot deep table. We have approximately 14 tables available. If you feel you might need a second table, you can note that on the form, but no second tables will be assigned until all requests for one table are honored.
