Does your committee or congregation have a great program you'd like to share with others in the district? Each year the Ohio-Meadville District has the opportunity to sponsor two workshops at General Assembly in June and has several workshop slots available at the Ohio-Meadville District Assembly in the spring. Congregations, committees, organizations, and individuals wishing to present a 1 hour, 15 minute workshop at one of these events are welcome to do so by completing this application and submitting it to the OMD office.
The deadline to apply for either type of workshop is November 15. General Assembly workshops will be selected at the Board's December meeting. District Assembly workshops will be selected by January 1st. You may submit the same workshop for both events on one form. Download the form by clicking below:
Congregations, District committees and groups and outside exhibitors are invited to reserve table space for distributing information and selling items to attendees. Congregations and District groups may reserve table space free of cost. Outside exhibitors need to pay a fee.
To reserve a space, please complete the exhibitor form and submit it to the District Office no later than March 7, 2008. Space will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
