This meeting will take place at First Unitarian Church of Pittsburgh on Saturday, January 30, 2010 from 10 am to 4 pm.

Please be aware of the following:

• There are no proposed bylaws in the packet because I did not receive any for this meeting.
• There are 2 versions of the proposed budget included. The first is based on the CERG proposal being approved in March. The second is based on the CERG proposal not being approved in March. Joan will send a more detailed explanation via email after the CERG meeting on Tuesday.
• I have included a list of the past winners of the awards on each award sheet since I have been asked for that information in the past. If you want to see who was nominated, please visit the district website.
• No calendar is included in this packet. Please visit the OMD Website for the most up-to-date calendar information.
• The Personnel Handbook has been edited as requested by the board at the December meeting. You may want to review the changes, but not print this out for the actual meeting to save on paper.
