**The District Administrator Search Committee has recommended Beth Casebolt for the position of District Administrator. Kathie Slater moves that Beth Casebolt be hired as the new District Administrator, to begin on November 1st. In an electronic vote held October 13-18, 2007, there were 7 yes votes and 1 abstention. Motion carried. **
**The position of Board Secretary will open as of November 1st if the first item passes. Linda Coulter has agreed to be Interim Secretary, and to run for that office in the Spring to finish out the remaining year of Beth's term. The Executive Committee recommends that Linda Coulter be appointed Interim Secretary until April, 2008. In an electronic vote held October 13-18, 2007, there were 7 yes votes and 1 abstention. Motion carried. **
