The district's business is managed by an elected Board of Trustees. To email any board member, please click their name.
From the minutes menu item to the left, you can read summaries of past board meetings, or download the summaries as a pdf file, which requires Adobe Acrobat to view. In addition, the Annual Reports are available as a pdf file for downloading.
The board operates using a set of by-laws approved by the district's congregations and a set of policies and procedures. You can find copies of these documents by visiting the policies page.
The board is in the process of reducing it's size to a total of 7 members. Only one trustee will be elected each year and vacancies will not be filled until that size is reached

Board Meetings
Board meetings are open to the public except when dealing with personnel issues. Members of district congregations are welcome to attend any board meeting. We ask that you contact the office or a board member when planning to attend a meeting so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure there is space, or provide you with the necessary login or call information for virtual meetings.
The schedule for board meetings for 2012-13 are as follows:
- July 6-8, 2012 ~ Board Retreat
