The timeline for this event for Youth:
- April 1 - Scholarship Application Deadline. Please send to office@ohiomeadville.org or fax to 866-460-7969
- April 15 - Deposit due in. You will be removed from the list if we have not received your $125 deposit by this date.
- April 15 - Last day to cancel and receive a full refund less our $5 processing fee.
- May 15 - Final payment balance due. You will be removed from the list if we have not received your full $250 payment by this date.
- May 15 - Last day to cancel. At this point we will keep your $125 deposit.
- May 15- Parental Permission Form and Medical Release Forms due in the OMD Office. Mail to

- May 16 - We will begin notifying those on the wait list of openings in the order in which they applied. You will have 3 days (72 hours) to decide if you are still interested and respond to our notification.
- June 1 - Final payment for those wait listed is due.
- June 3 - No refunds for cancellations after this date unless a replacement can be found for you.

For Adults
Adults who register are being put on a waiting list. Once we know where our youth are coming from and therefore where we will need drivers, and what skills we will need, we will then decide on which adults. We will contact you by May 15 to verify your interest and let you know your status.
The three adults who drive the vans and act as our official chaperones will have their costs fully covered. All other adults who attend will need to pay their own way. We will open the trip to additional adults after May 15th deadline if spots are still available. Adults wil also need to complete the medical release forms in accordance with the requirements of our host site.
