Peek at SI

If you are coming to
SI and would like to contribute a PEEK prize, here are some ideas
1. If you have played PEEK before and
liked your prize, then bring something similar
2. If you have played PEEK before and
didn't liked your prize, then bring something dissimilar
3. Gently experienced goods are
the most common PEEK prize. We normally suggest that you should search
your house for PEEK items. You do not need to buy something new. For
an example, some of the more memorable donated PEEK prizes that I can recall
are: Bobble Head (2002), Dutch Wooden Shoes (2000), Buzz Lightyear (1999),
Thanksgiving Theme Cheese Spreaders (2001).
4. If you are a creator, then
donating one of your own creations is greatly appreciated.
5. If it is easier for you to
buy something, then I would suggest something that kids like. Hair dye,
tattoo stickers, Nerf balls, Frisbees. (Nix Nay on the toy weapons thing)
6. Bringing more than one item is
perfectly acceptable and indeed encouraged.
7. BROWN PAPER BAGS : If you can
bring brown paper bags that also will be helpful.
8. Pass this email on to other people
that may be attending SI.
9. When you get to SI, if you can
drop the PEEK stuff at my room that would be great.
If there are any questions, please let me know. And again, hope to see you there
and hope to have a great week.
