The following webinars are being hosted by our district staff for specific groups in the district:
Get Ready for GA ~ May 24, 2012, 7 pm. Join Social Witness Coordinator, Rachel Baker, and OMD President elect and current board trustee, David Petras, in a webinar for members of OMD who will be attending Justice General Assembly in Phoenix.
During the webinar participants will have the chance to share why they will be attending GA, what they hope to learn and experience, and how our congregations plan to continue immigration justice work in their communities. Because the UUA’s partners in Arizona have asked us to learn about the Doctrine of Discovery in order to create a resolution to request that it be removed from international policy, participants will be offered an introduction to this document. This webinar will be an opportunity to meet, connect, and build relationships with others from OMD.

OMD President's Round Table ~ This webinar is hosted by the District Executive, Rev. Joan Van Becelaere on a monthly basis. The group meets the last week of each month through May. Topics are determined by the group each month. Instructions on how to access the webinar are sent out on the OMD President's Email List. If you would like to participate in this webinar and are not a congregational president or vice president, please contact Rev. Van Becelaere. The dates for 2011-12 are:
