District Assembly Online Registration Form
District Assembly Online Registration is now closed. We will accept onsite registration on Friday March 27 and Saturday March 28. If you wish to attend, you can download and fill out this form and bring it with you to speed up the registration process. DO NOT MAIL THE FORM TO THE OFFICE.
Please note that attendees coming from a fair share congregation for 2007-08 will receive a $10 discount on the registration fee. See the list below to determine if your congregation is fair share.
Registration for childcare and home hospitality is now closed. We are no longer accepting applications for scholarships.
