This form is for OMDUUMA members to register for the fall retreat and pay for their registration through Paypal. You will received TWO confirmation emails - one confirming the information on this page and one from Paypal confirming your credit card transaction.

You can use this registration form to register and then mail in your check if you prefer. Follow the instructions on your confirmation email to do this.
