Renaissance Module Registration Form

This form is to register for the Religious Education Philosophy Renaissance Module. Please complete the form and then click submit to complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email.

Credit card payments are through Paypal and you will receive a second confirmation email for your credit card transaction. If you have a paypal account you can also choose to debit your checking account. You can mail a check to the district after you are registered online or send a check from your church. If you wish to pay for more than one person on a credit card, please email the OMD Office for instructions (do not include your credit card information).

Early Registration deadline is January 15th.
