Winter Institute Payment Form

Between January 23 and January 30 please add a $25 late fee to your total fees.

You can register and pay for Winter Institute online via credit card through Paypal on this page. After you complete this form and click submit you will be taken to the Paypal website. Please note that Paypal requires that you login to complete this transaction. You are not registered and paid until you receive TWO confirmation emails - one with your registration data and one from Paypal confirming the credit card transaction.

Please calculate your rate before completing this form. If you are registering for the full weekend the rate is $125 for each person 11 and up and $65 for each child 4-10, under 4 is free. If you are registering for part of the weekend you need to calculate your rate based on the meals you will be eating. See the Rate Information on the WI Page to calculate this.

Remember - anyone under the age of 18 needs an adult sponsor and must have a sponsor form filled out. You download that form as a pdf or word document.
