Every other month the district sends out a packet of information with flyers for all events going on in the district. If your congregation or organization is sponsoring an event, please send a flyer or information sheet to the district office. An email version of the packet with links to the website is sent out to all congregational leaders and committee chairs of all churches in the district. If you want to join this email list, please contact the district office or click below. One print copy of the packet is mailed or emailed to each church.

September, November, January, March, May and July. Deadline for items to be submitted is the 25th of the previous month (August 25 for Sept's edition). Items submitted to the office after the deadline will be posted to the website within a week, but will not be mailed out in the next packet.
