OMD YAC Stands for Ohio-Meadville District (America is set up into districts by the UUA, the OMD is Most of OH, WV and Western PA -map-) Youth Adult Committee (a committee focused on youth stuff that is made up of both dedicated youth and adults) That's a chalice-flame on my head over there, as the OMD YAC is part of the Unitarian Universalist Association. So check out those links (left) there and the little blurbs (below)  yac's statment of purpose YAC exists for the purpose of encouraging youth empowerment and nurturing the self-esteem of youth. We exist to foster spiritual growth within the Unitarian Universalist faith. We exist to help youth gain a deeper understanding of the principles and purposes of Unitarian Universalism and also to help teach said youth how to apply said principles to their daily lives. We are youth organizing youth! next up:  Spring Camp Con! May 16th - 18th @ Shaker, Cleveland. All ages welcome. There are TWO forms required to attend this con, as there is a mandatory off-site event.  See events page for more info.
